NTサーバやWindows2000サーバなどのサーバ専用マシンを用意して各ユーザのデータをバックアップするのはハードウエアやOSにかなりの初期投資を必要とします。しかし特別なアプリケーションを動かす必要がないのであればこういったWindows系のネットワークOSは必用ありません。ネットワーク上に共有できる大きなハードディスクがあれば充分なのです。
ISLが提供するDataWiseはこのネットワーク上の大きなハードディスクとお考え下さい。OSにはウインドウズではなくLinuxを使っていますので非常に堅牢なシステムとなっています。更にこれらシステムをISLからのレンタルとして提供させていただきますので、安価な初期費用と通常のメンテナンス感覚でサービスをお使いいただけます。
またDataWiseをFTPサーバとして利用いただくことも可能です。これによりオフィス以外の場所からインターネット経由で、ご自身のデータファイルにアクセスすることも可能になります。
