To clear cache, please follow the steps below.
1. Open Internet Explorer 11.
2. Click on the gear icon on the very right-hand side of the browser, select “Internet options”.
3) Look for “Browsing history” in “General” tab, then click ‘delete’
4) “Delete Browsing History” window appears. Check boxes for “Temporary Internet files and website files” and “Cookies and website data”.
5) Click “Delete” button.
6) “Delete Browsing History” window will disappear. At this point, the mouse icon may go busy for a few moments.
